On our website on https://doitwise.com/recources related to the website landing pages, you may find and order different e-resources (e.g., whitepapers, e-book, case studies, etc.) with insights about Digital Transformation and more. You may access or download these by filling the order form for the respective resources. With the form, you provide us with the following personal data: full name, business email address, company’s name and position. If you wish, you can also provide us with your phone number to contact you easily. We need these personal data to contact you back about the service you are interested in. We need your job title and company name also for statistical and marketing purposes so that we may analyze the data and make, on this basis, our web content more interesting, useful and practical orientated towards the needs of our clients. 

Landing Pages 
For marketing purposes, we use different standalone landing pages created specifically for the purposes of a marketing or advertising (temporary) campaign where you may book a consultation or download e-resources (e.g., e-books, whitepapers, case study, etc.) about Transformational Consulting, our Services and Solutions and more. When you use a landing page, you provide us with the following personal data: full name, business email address, company’s name and position. 

Job Applicants 
On the Career page of our website – https://doitwise.com/careers/, we publish open job positions.  You may apply for the position you are interested in by using the contact form of the abovementioned page by providing your full name, email address, phone number and CV. Optionally if you like, you can also provide your LinkedIn profile. When applying for a job position, you provide us with additional personal data, such as picture, address, ID’s data, place of birth, telephone, interests, hobby, education, work experience. We need this data to review whether you meet the requirements for the job position you apply for as well as to contact you. Newsletter subscription form

All buttons are set up in accordance with the relevant privacy requirements. We process the personal data you have shared with us based on your consent to submit your personal data. Such consent is presumed for all personal data that you voluntarily provide to us via direct communication to our e-mail addresses or social media profiles. In certain events, we might process personal data related to legal obligations that we have or protect our legitimate interests, or for the purposes of performing a contract or taking steps prior to entering into a contract with you. In any case, we will process your personal data, on the grounds provided in Art. 6 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.

TERMS OF STORING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

If you have provided your personal information to receive our newsletter, it will be stored until you unsubscribe, in which case we may continue to store your email address for other purposes as listed herein (in case you are in contact with us for different purposes as stated hereabove) but will not send you news anymore. 

The data we have received in accordance with your application for a job with us will be stored up to 6 (six) months after the termination of the procedure, except in case we have your consent in order to retain it for a longer period. After the mentioned period, we will delete or eliminate the carriers that contain your personal data, except if otherwise established in the applicable laws.  

The data you provide us with as a result of contacting us via the contacts forms, email, phone with queries, downloading e-resources or other volunteer interaction from your side will be stored for a period of five years following termination of our communication, after which the data will be deleted unless we have other legal basis for continuing the processing of such personal data.  

The data you provide us in the course of performance of a contract with you will be stored and processed during the term of the contract and, following its termination, for (a) the periods required under the applicable commercial, financial, tax, accounting and other applicable legislation; or (b) until the contractual and administrative liability limitation periods have fully expired under the applicable administrative, civil and/or commercial laws (whichever occurs the latest). 

Automatically collected data through your web browsing is retained according to our Cookies Policy

When we reach the expiration date of the given time limit or when we no longer need your personal data, we will destroy/erase it as soon as possible. If we face any technical limitations that prevent deletion or anonymization, we will safeguard personal data and isolate it from any further processing until deletion or anonymization is possible. 

In the event of a legal dispute, or in connection with any other need to protect our legal interests, and/or if there is a legal obligation that we need to comply with, we can retain your personal data for a longer period of time: until the end of any legal proceedings, the protection of our interests, or the compliance with legal requirements.

Do IT Wise is a company based in the EU/EEA and we process your personal data in compliance with GDPR and the relevant legislation in Bulgaria. We store the data which we receive from our website doitwise.com on servers of SiteGround located in Bulgaria. 

Google LLC and MailChimp are registered under the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework, which guarantees that they provide the same level of personal data security as within EU/EEA. 

In all cases, we take all relevant measures to ensure that your data will be protected in accordance with this Policy.
