Salesforce Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Development Manager to join our highly motivated and dynamic team based in Sofia. Your responsibilities in this role:

  • Build, qualify, and manage an internal pipeline database of leads and contacts;
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the Do IT Wise and Inetum goals and objectives;
  • Develop and maintain strong, trusted, and mutually beneficial relationships with Salesforce reps and the Salesforce community;
  • Proactively approach the market segment through active leadership in industry and community organizations;
  • Lead the Do IT Wise Salesforce Sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to maximize their performance and drive results;
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions and drive customer satisfaction and retention;
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovations in Salesforce technology;
  • Track and manage sales revenue, expenses, and profitability and participate in strategic decision-making and resource allocation;
  • Handle full cycle sales from lead generation to post sales;

What you need to be successful:

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in a Sales role;
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce technology and applications products/solutions;
  • Ability to sell to C-level and executive presence;
  • Excellent understanding of growing and sustaining businesses in a highly competitive and changing marketplace;
  • Proven track record of successful solutions-oriented services sales;
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business;
  • Professional written, verbal and presentation communication skills;
  • Excellent spoken and written English;
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Willing and able to travel.

Desirable skills, considered as a plus:

  • Experience leading Sales teams, driving and building the stakeholder ecosystem;
  • Computer Science or Engineering Bachelor’s degree (MBA degree is preferred);
  • Previous hands-on technical experience with Salesforce will be considered as strong advantage.
