Do IT Wise recently went live with the implementation of the ServiceNow platform for Rondo Ganahl AG in order to streamline its ITSM processes and standardize its IT delivery using ITIL framework.

Rondo Ganahl AG is an Austrian family company focused on packaging, steeped in tradition, that traces its roots as far back as 1797. Rondo has won numerous international awards, including the WorldStar Packaging Award 2021 in the “Beverages” category. With factories in 7 locations in 5 countries – Austria, Germany, Hungary, Romania, and Turkey, Rondo has complex internal processes to manage the international infrastructure and quality excellence. Together we made the first steps in their Digital Transformation.
The Challenge
Initiating its Transformational journey, Rondo needed a trusted partner to navigate them through the endless possibilities of the ServiceNow platform and create a roadmap to meet their needs in the most effective way. The main challenges in front of Rondo were to streamline its ITSM processes, connect the de-centralized service desk with local first-level support in each location, serve users in their local language – German, Hungarian, Turkish and Romanian, and establish centralized second level support.
Our Solution
Do IT Wise proposed an incremental approach of implementing Enterprise Service Management Solution based on ServiceNow. The project started mid-April 2021 with the main objective of streamlining the company’s ITSM processes and standardizing its IT delivery using the ITIL framework. At the same time, Rondo’s desire to implement ServiceNow Discovery involved our team in populating and maintaining CMDB and using discovered information to support ITSM processes. The Agile-based solution delivery approach allowed flexibility and focus on the key areas during the implementation.

Do IT Wise was selected by Rondo Ganahl to lead its Digital Transformation journey due to a strong recommendation from a previous client. We are incredibly proud to state that our work speaks for itself. Together with Rondo, we celebrated our first Go-Live with the traditional ServiceNow cake.
