IT Consultant – ITOM

Currently, for our office, based in Sofia, we are looking for an IT Consultant – ITOM who would be joining a team of highly motivated and dynamic professionals. You will be helping companies across the globe to transform their employees and customers enterprise service experience by optimizing company processes across different departments based on ITIL/ITOM best practices and Service Now leading solutions.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Understands customer requirements and business objectives
  • Clarifies client’s system specifications and understands their work practices
  • Analyses potential issues and presents written or verbal suggestions for solutions
  • Designs IT solutions & systems ensuring the right architecture and functionality
  • Developing agreed solutions and implementing new systems
  • Train users in new and existing IT systems
  • Possibility to travel up to 25% of the time

Requirements of the role:

  • University degree in Technical, Business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in IT and/or consulting customer facing role
  • Fluent English (Verbal and Written)
  • BSc or MSc in IT or Business field or equal level of experience
  • Hands-on experience with HP, Microfocus, Service Now, BMC, IBM, Zabbix, Dynatrace, AppDynamics or other ITOM tools
  • Good understanding of networking
  • Experience with Windows and Linux OS
  • Demonstrated experience with NodeJS / AngularJS (or similar)
  • Experience with SQL-based databases
  • Interpersonal skills – leading skills, communication, negotiation, focus on details, prioritization, decision-making and strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines by working under pressure
  • Presentation skills

ITSM Implementation Consultant

  • Support the governance to design and implement improvements utilizing Service Management
  • Implement new features in Service Now platform
  • Implement, configure and optimize Service Now solutions
  • Integrate Service Now with third-party solution (LDAP, ERP, DB, Inventory, etc.)
  • Perform UAT and knowledge transfer to customers
  • Create reports and generate metrics
  • Understands customer requirements and business objectives
  • Assist and help customers take ownership of implemented solutions
  • Possibility to travel up to 25% of the time

Requirements of the role:
