Currently, for our office based in Sofia, we are looking for Sales Development Representative who will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Responsibilities of the role:
• Identify new channels for outbound marketing
• Utilize marketing automation tools and social platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, etc.
• Source new sales opportunities using lead generation techniques
• Develop a pipeline of new prospects by researching and contacting prospective clients in alignment with sales goals
• Make outbound calls and call on marketing-generated inbound leads
• Contact leads to set up appointments for sales representatives
• Communicate with senior executives and key decision-makers
Requirements of the role:
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, email marketing and social media
• Competitive and focused on achieving goals
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written skills
• Knowledge of Outreach, HubSpot will be considered an advantage
